Hello everyone!
I'm back from the exams - shout out to Hanae for subbing for me!
This month's theme is:
Halloween is over, and it's getting towards the end of this eventful year. Look back your 2022, and pick a moment that makes you ponder - it could be your personal pivotal moment (e.g. you got a new puppy, you moved to another city/country, etc.), or a public event (e.g. Ukrainian wars, Gen Z activists throwing tomato soup to Van Gogh's 'Sunflower,' etc.). What did you learn from that event? What impact did it have on you?
Please keep in mind that it's completely optional whether you follow the monthly theme. Even submitting artwork is optional too, however, it's strongly encouraged to everyone! ..and don't forget to comment/critique on other people's artwork in the forum. You don't have to be an art expert (I always comment on people's posts but I'm not an expert either). All you have to do is just comment how you feel when you see their artwork. It could be a simple comment, like "I love your artwork!" or "how did you make that shade?" - that always works, and that's how you make a friend!
Thank you very much for reading this lengthy post - I'm more than excited to see your artwork!
Best
