Hello๐ I wanted to share some art that I completed this month. I found my acrylic paint set and just went on a painting spree. The truth is, I'm even working on another piece right now.๐
I don't use them often, so I don't know much about them. If anyone has some tips they'd like to share, it would be appreciated.
Hi!
I love how vibrant your colours are Shadi espcially in the last one. The variation in hue of the green in the last one in beautiful and it really helps create a 3d effect.
If you want to paint straight lines it's best to use a square shaped brush tip - although it may take practice to get used to holding the brush right - so I recomend using tape to create really straight line. Best tape to use would to masking tape but if you only have clear tape I have a little tip to make it work. Before using it cut your piece of tape and put it on your clothes then take the tape back off to use. This will help get rid of excess stickiness. ย I would als test it (make sure it won't rip up underneath)on your surface at this point and if you can take it off fine then use it on your painting to create shapes with straight edges. Like this
Once you've painted the area confined by the tape, take off the tape from your surface BEFORE it dries to reveal a hopefully straight line
I hope this helps
