April Theme Submission - Surrealism and Creatures
Here is my submission for the monthly theme of Surrealism as well as Mythical Creatures. For this pencil drawing I took reference from a 90's sci-fi anime, Neon Genesis Evangelion, taking into consideration the uncanny and symbolic nature of the character.

This should be in an art gallery! I love how the yellow paper contributes to the sci-fi theme; it definitely reinforces the surrealism theme. The way the skin (is it skin??) folds around the eye is amazing :)
